Philip Morris Romania welcomes Manufacturing Trainees as an entry level positions throughout all departments. Trainees embark on a 2 year learning and development program which gives them the chance to apply theoretical knowledge within a modern production environment, to experiment both project based work and routine activities, to work with or be a part of multiple teams. A program coordinator, mentors and buddys offer guidance, coaching and mentoring to the trainee throughout the program.
